The line between scamming and sharking

    I understand steam rep can't take sharing reports cause then it would be like a 9-5 job at Microsoft support if you were a admin here (if it isn't already) but I find it quite stupid that if someone buys an unusual for a scrap then that constitutes what king and cannot be reported or can it? Please clarify and what (according to steamrep) is the line between sharking and scamming.
