Improper Format Phishing Link / Scammer Warning

Hello. I need help. Also, a bunch of other people too. Let me explain,

I arrived home today to log into Steam to trade with others in the community. I received a friend request by someone and I accepted it. As it turns out I talk to the guy, he sends me this message.

"hi add my friend he interest trade with you,but he cant add you (steam error)"

It came along with a link to the Steam community. I clicked on it and it said I needed to sign in. It looked real and it had the logo and everything for the Steam/Valve sign-in password deal.

As I typed in my information it said it wasn't right and that I needed to go to my email and use the code because I haven't logged in to this PC with this Steam account.

To this point I knew I was done for. He went into my Inventory and took at least $400 worth of items.

I did some looking around and found the guy. Sadly, i'm not the only one. And it keeps multiplying.
