This user has made me a promise to trade back my items (haunted lvl 42 spooky sleeves and shoes) if he could not find a buyer for one of my low crafts. The guy who he referred me to did not want it, so i requested my stuff back. It then eventually led to this end in the picture below:

That link did not have the craft number i was looking for. While I was looking at the list to see if i found a match, he said he was restarting steam. Well, turns out, he unfriended me and ran. He was still online when it happened. As you can see, he does not appear on the list. I have tried re-adding him a few times, but nothing has happened.

Its the action that he took that was the real bad thing here, the lying and unfriending part. It's fine if I don't get my stuff back, I'm just worried he'll do it again to someone else.

Yeah Hermes here, uh I don't see anything here that can be reviewed. Seems to be an illegitimate case. Yes there was discussion of selling a craft number, but I never said I would get it sold for him. Only that I'd get him a quote. This looks bad on my record, and I'd like it to be reviewed as soon as possible so it stops hindering my trades. - Sun/Hermes
