What happened? Description:

Scammed me out of an unusual sulphurous drill hat. I got no money on paypal he used this pic http://prntscr.com/2jkjyf to convince me he sent it. He also had good rep on steam profile but nonetheless he scammed me and this is not the first report on him. We talked and he said he sent the payment and so i traded it to him. Right after he blocked me and deleted me without the 280 usd payment. He added me first from outpost probably​

I wouldn't have to set my profile to private if you didn't spam my outpost trade (which you got banned for doing) and join every game I was in, changing your name thinking I wouldn't notice. I sent that money, and I welcome you to find a way how I could have edited or "faked" a picture as quick as I supposedly did.

just because he is your friend doesn't mean anything. He may have had other successful trades, but that doesn't mean he is not a scammer. This is also not the first incident about paypal. Still don't have the money he supposedly "sent"

Well, let's see if you can "make a picture like I did" in under 2 Minutes with that online editor. Go ahead. it's not possible. All I have on my pc is MS Paint, and I doubt that can make it either.

I just had a similar issue, I go off the premise of no emails from Paypal, no transactions made.
