Description:
So I am new to this hat crafting, I decided to try crafting hats for the first time. (May 27, 2012 approx. 2:30 pm +8 GMT)
I was going to buy a craft hat from him, he offered me an Alien Swarm Parasite Hat ( promo hat).
He told me it was surely craftable, so I bought it for 2 reclaimed metals and an uncraftable Lord Cockswain's Pith Helmet.
But when I tried to craft hats, I figured he was selling me a non-craftable hat.
I got scammed.

But after realizing I was scammed, I added him. But it always shows up that I failed to add him, he could have set "Block all communication" with me.

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything without more information.
