I've chased up the source of the Purple Energy Ze Goggles.

I'd like you to personally thank you Mister Bird for giving lilshooter the go ahead to add me and verbally abuse me over the chat after I offered to give him my explanation of what happened. glad to see you are going about this the right way.

I haven't once admitted any involvement in these activities you are accusing me of. Although I see no reason why Mister Bird is so persistent on finding these answers I am will humor him by telling him all I know. Like I have several times. But I would appreciate it if there was an admin who could make his presence here so all these facts being thrown at me don't turn the reader to a biased point of view.

With all due respect Mister Bird, I would like you to refrain yourself from throwing these repetitive accusations at me and allow the admins to come up with a decision. And please, don't send your monkeys out to verbally abuse me over steam chat. It makes you look like a desperate fool.

I'm hardly negating the truth for I am neither denying or admitting involvement to these accusations.

We seem to be beating around the bush here so I'm going to be more blatant.

I am being accused of providing false intentions of selling an item for an astronomical value to potential buyer who then goes out and purchases this sought after item for a fraction of what he thinks he can make from it. This person makes the deal, buying the item cheap, then goes back to the person who offered this large figure and sells it back gaining a larger profit. It is at this point that the person who initially made the request of over-paying for this item decides he doesn't want it anymore therefore the buyer is left with an equal value item that he just bought and not the better deal he thought he was going to get.

Let me spell this out to you. This is not scamming. It is unfortunate, bad luck, greed and maybe a bit of ignorance but this is not scamming. Both parties got what they wants, no one was robbed or hacked, no details were given out. This was a trade.
Sure it may be looked at as a heartless tactic leaving the person feeling stupid for believing something so good to be true but in no way was anyone scammed.

I can confirm that Jassinlive and Oakman are the same person. I have an IP match, also there are countless item transfers between the two accounts.

Oh this has entertained me so much.

Let's do this to highlight the contradictory nature of this person. I feel like some fun. Jassinlive has said he has admitted nothing, no wrong doing. He has discharged any association with "oakman". Let's remove oakman's chat from the equation. So in isolation we have Jassinlive's chat with Andrea Pirlo. Simply a trader looking to trade his ze goggles for 4 buds. There is no moral wrong, just an innocent trader going about his business, just another trade, a random add. Quite simply, Jassinlive is a trader who caught up in a big misunderstanding.

If he was just an innocent trader caught up in a big misunderstanding why is he justifying this approach with big sweeping moral statements which he is being accused of?

It's called a bait scam. Yes you are violating SR policy under the definition of a scam. I am more than satisfied with the evidence I have seen that you have concerted these two accounts to induce a trade in order to manipulate the other trader into a trade with a false offer through one account. Whether you are two different people or the same, it is a non-issue. This is called pre-mediated, orchestrated deception, preying on an unsuspecting victim so they take the bait (the fallacy of a higher offer). A scam.

Except in that situation the parties knew each other so that was taken into account. You on the otherhand are adding randoms and conducting this. You will not be met with the same consideration.
