What happened? Description:

Use the following numbers to correspond to my evidence.

1. I posted an outpost trade saying I was buying quick sells. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16367507
2. He added me and said that he was quick selling his entire backpack.
3. I said ok, and I offered an unusual (orbiting planets gentlemen's ushanka) for is backpack.
4. He said alright, then we went off to trade. I put up my unusual and he started putting up all the stuff in his backpack.
5. After he put up 256 items (I counted how many items were put up) (his bp had 400+ items), he told me the trade window wasn't letting him put any more items. I said ok, let's just trade now and you can give me the rest of the items later.
6. So I traded for the items and he got the unusual. I sent a request to trade, and he accepted.
7. He put up 4 items, then said that trade wouldn't let him put any more (at this point, I wasn't sure if he was lying or not)
8. I said ok, let's accept this and I can try making a trade offer through steam after this to see if that works. We accept and I get the 4 items.
9. I go to his profile and create a trade offer. I started rapidly clicking all of the items in his backpack to add to the trade offer. (I clicked everything, because he was selling everything in his bp for my unusual) HOWEVER: while I was adding stuff to the offer, i didn't realize that I put up my unusual (that he just traded for) into the trade.
10. I told him I made the offer (not knowing that I accidentally offered for his unusual as well)
11. Suddenly he started accusing me of scamming in cap locks. I was extremely confused, until he told me that I tried to take my unusual back.
12. After several seconds, I realized that I was very careless and put his unusual into the offer.
13. I apologized, then told him that I'll make another offer, this time without the unusual.
14. However, he wasn't listening to me and kept calling me a scammer. I tried explaining, but he was ignoring me
15. After I told him that I could give his items back, he unfriended me. I tried adding him back, but he blocked me. He also put his inventory to private shortly after.

LONG STORY SHORT: In exchange for my unusual, I got only half of what I deserved. He then accused me of scamming (I added his friend, and asked him what was going on. He told me that the guy I traded with was going to report me) I lost money, AND got reported for a misunderstanding on his part. I am defending his report for my scamming (which he might've posted, I'm not sure) and at the same time reporting him for scamming me.​

Misunderstanding? What a load of b.s, if I hadn't looked at the trade offer and accepted, would you have given the items back?

Never reported you because I lost half of my bp to you and you wouldn't reverse the trade.
Thus the fact that I might've been scammed I decided to keep the unusual due to your attempt of a scam .
In conclusion this report is absolutely silly, it has false parts, an unsupported report and a terrible reason to call me a scammer. How can you defend yourself by calling me a scammer when you are a scammer yourself? This story is all your sided and has no part in saying that you, yourself had made any mistakes.

If you said you weren't scared of being banned because of this report, why did you even bother to defend yourself.
Second, I would be incredibly happy to exchange my items back, due to the fact that I lost more than 20 dollars because of the unusual I have lost through the transaction. So if you are still willing to comply, I would be glad to exchange my items back. And did you just call me a liar? You were the one lying that you couldn't put more than 4 items in your steam trade... And if you didn't look at the trade offer and accepted, I would have given your unusual back because I am not a scammer like you are. If you need more proof, check my steamrep. And true, you did lose half of your BP but technically I lost more than you because my unusual was worth more than the small items that I got in exchange. (Most of the stuff I got were useless roboparts that I didn't even want, but the guy was quickselling them, so why not?) All in all, this is a terrible defense on your part. And yes, I admit that I did make a mistake. In fact, I even said so in the steamrep report. I accidently put your unusual back into the trade offer, and I have thoroughly aplogized several times. However, because of your ignorance and impatience, you, through your frustration, got away with about $25 of my items. Remy481 not only lies in his trades, but also in his trades. I hope that steamrep can take this report seriously and will consider banning Remy481 for his actions

P.S. If you are willing to return your items in return for the mere amount that I got as a result of the transaction, I would gladly return your items back. All I want is for my unusual back, nothing else. If you do not comply, it is more of a reason to call you a scammer, due to the fact that you are not willing to give my items back (Because I know you made about a $25 profit from the trade) If you want your items back, feel free to add me on steam, and I will delete this report thread and forgive you. Literally all I want is for my items back, since you stole my favorite (and only) unusual.

Remy481 not only lies in his trades, but also in his trades. I hope that steamrep can take this report seriously and will consider banning Remy481 for his actions really? Are you serious?
