What happened? Description:

so, i trade on csgolounge which is where i assume he added me from. he added me and said that he would trade $7 or $8 for items worth about $2 collectively to start with, so i was suspicious from the start. I'm also a tf2 trader so have heard of the infamous money scams and i know there is no way to safely trade money in the steam client so i knew this guy was i scammer. I went into a trade with him anyway and he pasted a seemingly official steam message in the trade chat saying he added $8 to the trade, it was incredibly obvious that he was using his invisible name to do so. Sadly i dont have any screenshots from the trade itself as i was unsure whether i should report him or just leave it, but i feel somebody may fall into the trap, so i want to prevent that from happening.​
