What happened? Description:

I was browsing threads about hijackers here on Steamrep, came across Rondo somehow whose backpack value on bp.tf somehow went from 0.27 ref to 6147 ref overnight. There were only very expensive items in the backpack. I checked the items' histories and, of course, they came from "Rallo" is not marked yet, but is banned on backpack.tf and has a rap sheet longer than my arm:

I checked out previous snapshots of his inventory on backpack.tf where he's already banned. Since the inventory had been cleared out, I checked a previous snapshot of the inventory:
