What happened? Description:

I met him on http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17700854.
I offered him my Unusual Data Mining Light with Terror Watt effect for $60.
He said "i'll give you $90 GS for it"
I was surprised but accepted the offer.
But then when I sent him the hat, he unfriended me.
I also did not receive any code of the GS.

This has gotten serious to the point where I am reporting to the National Crime Prevention Council as Cheating in my country. Yes, they will help me but I also need people to be aware that this guy is a scammer as to prevent future events from happening. ​

The codes that you gave me wasn't a GS code.
Here are the two codes that he gave me:

I remembered that I registered the code when I tried to redeem the GS. Luckily, my laptop saved the queries but not the third one as I didn't bother to try.
Here's an example of what a GS code looks like:

You can clearly see a GS code should have two codes as the first one is the Card No and the second one is the Password. However, the codes he had sent me clearly wasn't a GS code.

I wasn't exactly spamming you. I just warned you to either return back my Unusual Data Mining Light with Terror Watt effect or I will report you. Then, you just simply removed me as friend and blocked me.
