Now I try to re-add him but he has either ignored / blocked me. He uses multiple paypal emails to commit these scams. A previous report which was not accepted against the same scammer http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198059818575-drafting-menace-paypal-chargeback-scam.50392/
He uses fake email generators and possible disposable credit cards to make them verified.
Talked to another guy who bought the buds from him after I sold mine and he used another paypal to accept payment. It too was made using fake email generator. Both armyspy and teleworm.us are fake mail generators.​
