What happened? Description:

So i was selling a Specialized Killstreak Shotgun Kit and asked all my friends if theyre interested... I asked Zer0 when he said i am so much . We had a conversation about the price and he said to give me a PRO Killstreak Eureka Effect . I didnt like the Eureka so much but he said that i am going to pay 5 Keys Pure + Bioshock Items ( Worth 2 Keys ) for waiting 2 days. Then some minutes later he said can you give me 5.88 Refined ? I was ok with that but then he changed the price to 6.88 ( Maybe he mistyped idk ) We traded ( Sorry for the glitch thing ) . Just to make sure he isnt scamming me i checked SteamREP then he had 2 Reports ( 1 Archived , 1 Pending ) He was reported to Steam too as you can see in the trade . Then when the trade was done he said : Dont be scared , scammers wont give you collateral , especially when its worth more . He was right there. As you can see in photo 7 i already got phished 2 weeks from now , but i do not have any evidence... OK So 2 days gone he was just online and he was going Snooze , Busy , Away . I talked to him but he didnt respond/reply ... One day he was online and typed to him again .. He responded , he was busy because he was installing games ( He had 320 Games and only 120 were installed ) I said that your going to pay me 35 ref + the bioshock items .. He said that your not getting them anyways. I didnt understand there too much but he explained to me.. Then he changed the price from 5 KEYS to 4 KEYS .. You can see it in the photos. I sended the image that we were agreeing to 5 KEYS but he disagreed and said that in market is 4 keys and he remebers that its 4 keys .. I said if he can do 30 ref . He didnt reply . Said 29 ref he didnt reply for a time but then he came in with angriness ... As you can see on the "Changing the price photo" , Offeding .
He said that he isnt ignoring me and he was fine with 29 refined just let him play...I just wanted to check the price we were agreeing the second time.
But today i typed to him no reply .. In a while he blocked me but he was playing TF2 .. I joined him to the server and he said im not going to do the deal . And i said im going to report you .. BTW He sold the Shotgun Kit - Got Unusuals then , Strange Festives like Scattergun , Knife , Rocket Launcher etc... Got a clean summer hat and many expensive items... So hope this was all the requirements...Thanks​

Giving you an 8 key collateral for a 4 key item was already wrong, and that is sort of the whole point of collateral. You got a 3 key profit anyways, what are you whining about. I changed my mind - alright. If it was without collateral it'd be wrong cause i basically took the items for free. But since it was a fair - and actually a 200% overpay trade on my side, i hardly think it should be a problem. What the hell is wrong these days, iv never had a report until now and in the past month or so i get 3. Pft :l

You said the PRO Killstreak Eureka first then 5 keys pure + bioshock items for waiting 2 days .. 1 day after you said that we agreed to 4 keys , fine i accepted , but then you just bought other things leaving me with a unwanted unique killstreak item that for me isnt worth even 7-8 keys ...

First of all, buying other things isn't related to you. I was saving up for a s. f. collection for weeks, and im going to sell it soon for money i need anyways. A 20 bud collection has nothing to do with your 4 key kit. Second, i said that i'd do 5 keys pure later as soon as i get them - i cancelled the bioshock items later anyways, they are 2 keys each or so right now. Third, the eureka was as collateral so you accepted to take it in case i couldn't get the keys - that's the whole point of collateral. And i wasn't gonna put off something i need to sell for important college money just to pay you back even tho i had given you a collateral worth twice as much as the kit. I think we are pretty much settled if i couldn't get the keys, it isn't really your choice on reporting and threatening me into buying back what i gave you as collateral - i said IF i manage to get some extra keys il do that, and right now i have only a 2 key item for sale, so no point asking me really.

We agreed 5 Keys + Bioshock Items First but you said first ill give you a professional killstreak eureka effect , i agreed that in two days gonna give the keys + bioshock items back . 1 day after you bought some strange festives , and when i typed to you that tomorrow you gonna give me 5 keys + bioshock items you didnt agree , i sended you a photo to the talk you said that in market is 4 keys , i remeber it being 4 keys , i agreed again ... 2 Days after i asked you to trade but you said wait 1 more day ( or 12 hours i dont remeber ) , i waited .. The next day i wasnt online too much , have been two days ( yesterday ). I typed to him but you didnt respond and instantly blocked me .. I do not understand why did u block me . Anyways you was playing TF2 which i joined in the game , i asked you to unblock me and said no , i asked you to give the 4 keys only , you said no and this is when i reported you . You had plenty of keys/metal in your inventory which you didnt care about the shotgun ang gave me a eureka effect ...
