I have been banned by being accused as an Alternate Account form a user i don't even talk with.I don't understand why did this happen i don't trade and i don't give away my account to anyone so plz help....

Offered to trade with me, declined the offer.
Forced to leave him, as he's playing games with my brother.

To clarify what TM is trying to say, someone such as a IRL friend who has played on your internet/used your IP with steam or vise versa.

He's my brothers friend so there is a probability of him coming here and logging in.

I really do not understand, just because of him coming and logging in on my pc with my brother I get banned.
Please take in regard that I do not have any offenses or reports on my profile (as much as I can see).
I do not have anything affiliated with him personally except that he is a friend of my brother and that they play together.

Can we please solve this problem and get to end with this.
