What happened? Description:

I got a steam message of him but he wasn't in my friends list. He told me that his friend wants to trade with me but the link he gave me was a phishing link. (I'm sorry for submitting this here even though you said I shouldn't but apart from steam I have no idea where I should report this guy)​
