    Dear to whoever it may concern,

    I had previously been inactive from steam for quite sometime and was surprised to find that my account had been marked as scammer from running after losing a spycrab. I had never spycrabbed with this account before. I think that it is possible that the victim had me confused with a different person with the same name on his friends list and assumed it to be me since "apple" can be a common ign. Furthermore, in the report the reporter says that I had won 2-3 times before hand. However I have no record on my trade history that I had traded with this person before.

    Even though I had decided to quit trading and given my items away to a friend I still feel that it was a unfair mark as I have done nothing wrong.

    Do you know the user who reported you? Have you ever had them on your friends list before? You should post your trade history from the start of Aug threw the end of Sept

    Hey Yato thanks for the reply. I dont think i ever had them on my friends list before! I have attached the trade history's which clearly show my history from the start of august 2013 to feb 2014

    You never followed up, in addition, our records indicate that you were indeed friends with the user during the time of the offense.
    I have a strong suspicion this offense did occur, saying that, the report lacks enough evidence to uphold the banned tag (even by 2013 standards)
    1. lack of what was agreed to be crabbed.
    2. nothing definitive linking you to the crab in question.

    In background checking you, I see you are associated with https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198005840222 and used his account (since you claim its a friend who you gave your items to for free) to sell your unusuals on outpost after they banned you, I absolutely dont believe that. That user also seems to be an alt of https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198025669854 who is currently valve trade banned.

    Tho you are being untagged due to lack of evidence, no doubt in my mind you are not honest and at the very least, shady as ***.
