What happened? Description:

I have stumbled upon this impressionator in the Market, i saw Mittens picture and thought , lol , is that rly mittens selling stuff froM CSGO? So i clicked on the profile and i looked pretty different than the Real Mittens Profil. The Real Mittens is Marked as Donator on SR and has over 10k hours on TF2.

This impressionator should get banned emidiatly.​

That i get this clear , does your question mean that its legal to impressionate who every somebody wants to as long as someone did not scam someone yet?
So every person on Steam can just go ahead , rename to Thomas Matthias , use your Profil Pic and he'd be good if he YET hasen't scam someone? Thats kinda redicilous, no offense.

I am afraid that you do not understand what the impersonation really is. We ban for impersonation only when there is a clear indication that someone pretends to be someone else.

http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561197975508167 is a TF2-T admin and he uses "TF2-T [A]" as a part of his nickname, it makes it more unique than just "Mittens". They use the same avatar but as mentioned by the accused, it seems to be the cartoon character.

What is more, http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198000713723 profile does not seem to be a copy of http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561197975508167 profile.
