What happened? Description:

I had him on my friends list before we started to negotiate a trade. One day he asked me how much I wanted for my StatTrak Karambit Fade Factory New.

We ended up with a price of 1500$ going through PayPal. We agreed to use a middleman from SteamRep, and we ended up with Mocha the Gypsy. He is now banned because of an impersonator, but that's completely irrelevant.

During the process of the trade we had a lot of trouble with PayPal not working properly, but we finally got it working. Mocha had the knife, he sent the money on PayPal over two payments. One of 749$ and one of 751$
This did seem kind of odd to me, but I thought the money was secure with PayPal, so I told Mocha to hand over the knife. PayPal had still not "unlocked" my account after I activated my credit card with it, so I couldn't transfer over the money to my bank account yet. I still thought everything was fine though. That same evening I got an email from PayPal that the second payment of 751$ had been chargebacked, and they had locked the other payment for investigation. See screenshot in evidence form.

The next day he had blocked me on Steam, and seized all contact with me. Now I got really worried and realized he had been the must clever of us two. The 749$ are currently in lock down by PayPal, but the 751$ has been successfully chargebacked to his PayPal account, and according to PayPal support there's nothing I can do... It's just, too bad.​

Provide Evidence:

I don't really have a lot of evidence in the form of chat logs, as he blocked me on Steam and I am not able to view the chat history between us. Mocha The Gypsy can vouch that this is the true story, and that we did indeed agree on 1500$

Screenshot of my PayPal transfer history as it is right now. It's in Danish, and I don't know how to change the language. Translating it you will see that he first sent 749$ from one PayPal account, then 751$ from another, and then he chargebacked the 751$, successfully. PayPal then locked the 749$ under suspicion that I cheated someone...

The above are pictures of my trade history as well as a picture of the profile of BenQure, or Farell as he's taken often as a name.

Is this under review? I feel it might have drowned in all the reports, and I would very eagerly want this guy to be banned. Looking him up on Google, he is a notorious scammer.

He added me again, just to piss me off I think.
