Hello first of all sorry for my bad english
the situation is this right here http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198046913396So i was sharing my account with a friend [lolakikaka](http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198047071751 ) who i have known for 7 month.He wanted to play some games which he couldnt afford
and he was sharing he's account with me too which i used to keep some idling items on it
Everything was going ok till we had a fight and he decided to take revenge by doing this (he called me in the middle of the night and told me that he has a surprise for me on steam)once i logged in this guy(the victim) started talking to me in the beggining i thought my friend was pranking me but then i saw 4buds on my backpack I tried to explained him what happened but he wouldn't belive it.
I immediatly gave the 4buds back and here is the inventory history screenshot http://i.imgur.com/IaVvYVw.png and he even says it in the post
I swear i never have scammed you can see all +rep on my account and paypal trades as well.
My friend decided to take responsibility and talked with helen she said him to tell me to appeal here

I forgot to mention that i wanted any item cause i thought that if u make a trade and dont give any items it wont show on the item history but i made a mistake i am willing to give the hat and the weps back if it is needed

return all items you got from him and then you can post the pic here and THEN admins and moderators will try to help you in a better way, as those other hats were also "scammed" in a way

My friend added him and talked with him and all he could get was this

with so much talking etc, a friend of mine talked to his friends and his friends talk to him! and he gaves me back the 4 buds ... But, he is a true scammer cuz he stoled 2 itens and a hat for the 4 buds!!! Well, i really dont care, all dropped itens and no value! But, my 4 buds is back thanks to my friend! he is on the proof of trading! I sold 1 buds for him!!!

No offense, but isn't that like saying: "I murdered someone, I promise not to do it again!"?

Every Steam user is greeted with the Steam Subscriber agreement that Helen linked above when they first create their account. Before you finish creating your account, you must click the checkbox that says that you agree to the terms of the Subscriber agreement in order to continue. One of the terms is the one quoted by Helen [account sharing]. Since you have your account, that means you clicked the box and that you are supposed to know about account sharing and it's consequences (that or you just didn't feel like reading it and clicked the checkbox like most users, such as me).



I'm not saying that this appeal should be denied (I'm not a SR admin) but you should have known about this. Also, I suggest you stop being friends with whomever did this as a "prank."

you are 100% right and i have stoped being friends with the guy i told him i didnt wanna talk to him again
And i didnt read the agreement i just scrolled down and clicked the checkbox which makes me feel like an idiot

I will be handling this appeal, please keep me added.
