Invalid this guy got all my items and deleted me and didn't give me the item that he supposed to give me

I was in a trade sv and this guy was selling skyrim the game and i called him to trade and he said give me the items first and ill give too you as a gift the game i said add me first and ill do it, so he added me and i gave the items for him and after i gave to him he deleted me and now i can't add him again please somebody help me to have my items back.
