Can you please upload those pictures directly to SteamRep via Upload a File button?

Also, can you try to open your PayPal in a different browser (It seems you have a problem with certificate validation in Firefox) and take screenshots of the payment details and the dispute details?

Can you please upload the picture showing the chat directly to SteamRep forum via Upload a File button?

Also, please take a picture of your inventory history showing it in the Steam client. Please include all history from the day of scam. Please do not highlight/circle/emphasize trade.

All pictures should be uploaded directly. Thank you.

Ehm yes, the first picture is the full history for 4 march, the day we did the sale.
    I didn't edit anything, I have 2 displays.
Because he changed his name I had his profile open on my left display, to match the name in the chatlog making things easier.. ohwell.

Yet again, a screenshot of steam, full history from march 4, no edit.

I banned the accused with the reason "Under Investigation".

Do you use any addons in IE? For some reason your address bar is white while it should be green when visiting PayPal.

IE is integrally part of windows since Vista, agree that its a "piece of bug". While that is so, its better to keep it fully up to date, for it being part of windows, and inherently the filebrowser etc.

Regardless of the opinion about IE, PayPal is using Extended Validation SSL Certificate and the address bar should NOT look like it looked in some of your pictures (White with lock). Do you have any other web browser installed so you could check this issue?

    OR

Can you please add me on Steam so we may try to figure out what is causing the issue?

Keeping things updated that you don't use seem like a drag, which is why I deleted it.

As for Thomas we've already spoken on Steam, I know what the "problem" is now.
It happens when you open the payment details in a new tab, and then drag the tab out of the browser to create a new one.

As I told you on Steam, they reversed the money back to his account, so there is no dispute anymore, nor can I open it.
I can show transaction details (as I did in my previous screenshots), and all the info is in there, payment, hold, reverse.
Could show it on stream, can make the same screenshot over and over, but it ain't gonna change, paypal deletes/closes/updates the dispute into my last screenshot.

I think we agreed that you would take pictures from Internet Explorer or any other internet browser that would validate PayPal certificate properly:

    Google Chrome
    chrome.png
    Mozilla Firefox
    firefox.png
    Internet Explorer
    ie.png

    So... Let's try again :)

I want two pictures from you:
    1. Picture showing the original transaction details (see the window in the middle in this screenshot http://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/paypal-payment-and-hold-jpg.59827/ ) taken from the browser that validates PayPal certificate properly (e.g. IE)
    2. Picture showing the dispute details (see the window in the middle in this screenshot http://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/paypal-dispute-jpg.59826/ ) taken from the browser that validates PayPal certificate properly (e.g. IE)

In order to find a dispute, you need to navigate to Resolution Center, then choose All Cases from the dropdown menu
