Improper Format 76561198073517830 Me and Maxwell Payne Made a Tradeback

Hi, I was banned on outpost for scamming. I made a tradeback to the person though and my brother which y'all thought was my "alt" was banned as well. I'd like to be unbanned please as I have made the tradeback for his Hellfire Armored Authority

I have to put my good word on this, he at least did the right thing, but it was after he was banned, and didn't really know what to do.
