Description:
1st image shows the amount of $29 being charged back. Note the exact time and date of the transaction. Date/Time: June 5th 2012 at 4.07am.
2nd image shows my trading history, note there were 20 keys sent to this person 8 mins after the payment was confirmed. It took about this long for the payment to show up on paypal. Date/Time: June 5th 4.15 am.

Charge back scammer here. Bought 20 keys off me @ $1.45 each then charged back with paypal.

If there is anymore evidence needed here feel free to request it from me. I will able to provide more evidence.

I'm at a loss here too. $142 loss, but I called paypal and they said the holds were from paypal themselves because he had made a lot of payments recently. I will message him when he's online and have him fix all of this so we all get our money back. It's paypal at fault, not him, unless he refuses to tell them what's up.

"You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorised by the PayPal account holder." I got an email from paypal telling me this, either paypal blocked the payments because of the suspicious activity or he actually used a stolen credit card to purchase it. All in all at the moment it seems that the payment was charged back to me. Lets hope what you said is true so we can all get our money back.

I got hit too, 3 payments in all, but I believe this is not a chargeback. I have called Paypal and for this type of cases, it is Paypal who is holding the funds. They are inquiring the case probably because they noticed a spike in his payments. He did not issue the chargeback to my understanding. Still, do not trade with him, his Paypal is only 3 days old.

Yea I've noticed the two different names. As a seller, i only sell a large amount towards people with rep, my limit was 20 keys for users without rep. It all seems a bit sus if you ask me. And also during my brief convo with him, he was very insistence on buying a large amount of keys from me. He kept asking and begging me to sell him much much more, and also the very next day before this charge back happened, he also asked me again to buy more and more keys (which i declined). I think it is very suspicious the way he went about trying to buy as much keys as possible from me.

Is this me who is being framed for scamming people ?!

Jura, please post screenshots of your Steam Support ticket with personal information removed. In the meantime I will mark this account as hijacked because it is my understanding that this is the case? I'm also leaving this thread open so we can see how this is going to be resolved via Paypal. Please continue to post relevant information and evidence.
