What happened? Description:

i was found keys seller in TF2-Trade.
at the result, i found keys seller.

so, i was chat with him in steam. i just trust him...

anyway, i went first send paypal money.

and i'm waiting for trade.
(trade item is 50 keys to $80)

but he didn't give a keys and he delete me in he's steam friend list.

few latter, he change the he's nickname.
(Midorima > Tetsu)

i'll refund my money in paypal.
but it is that very difficulties become reality...​

ah... i didn't chargeback form the resolution center.

but when i cahrgeback finish from the paypal. this scam report is invalidity?
