    Your Caution tag is through Dota2Traders, and it was a recent downgrade as well. There's nothing SteamRep is able to do, since your tag is not through SteamRep.

    You are not banned by SR. You need to appeal at Dota 2 Lounge. D2L uses the SR database to ban but since your ban has been lifted by D2T, you need to appeal at Dota 2 Lounge to get your access back.
