Hi everyone, I was reported as scammer because I left a report on an impersonator account as you can see here: http://i.imgur.com/W3amg.png
I don't know that guy, I simply traded with him (I think some stranges but I can't remember) and he was polite and fast. So I decided to leave a positive comment on his profile as I always do in this situation. That's all I have to say in my defence.
I'm italian, so I apologize for any mistake I made in this post.

Not true, seems he is a friend of yours and he simply asked you to post on his alt for him, the guy isn't exactly secretive over this either.

Yes, I added him (or he adde me, I don't remember) to trade, that's why we are frineds. Like 3/4 of my friends, by the way. And yes again, maybe he is not a CIA agent under cover but I didn't even think to check about him before posting on his profile. Also because I don't know how to check a profile to find alt-account.

Yeah, really can't make it simpler. Far as I can see you and all his other friends gave him some rep at the exact same time and you have provided no evidence of your innocence.

Ah ok, now I get it. So, what would be a proof of innocence? Tell me and I'll do my best to show it to you.

You trading with him is hardly a testament to your innocence, and there were several pictures and posts which were a lot more water tight than your defence.

Donny, I've already told you: tell me what you consider a proof of innocence and I'll give it to you. So, if your next post does not begin with something like: "A good proof of innocence would be..." I'm going to report it. Because you are really not helping in any way, just tossing around comments.
I've replied to an admin and I'm waiting for an admin to tell me if he needs more proofs.

A good proof of innocence would be something to prove that he had been in the server you claim he was in and that the trade did just come out of the blue, as well as a good reason with you and several others all gave him positive rep at the exact same time. Otherwise, it just looks like a group of people giving fake rep to their friends alt account. Just so you know though, it really shouldn't be my job to prove your innocence, or figure out how to prove it. That's on you, and frankly, you have been really, really lazy in this, not even attempting to offer anything more than "Yeah, we traded, you can see we traded"

I never claimed we were in a server. I have a trade open in outpost (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1680827) where I trade any strange for a scrap metal. He added me and said that he saw the trade. I didn't doubt of this because a lot of people simply added me in the past without leaving a comment in the trade (Rambo, for example, as you can see in the secon screenshot).

Maybe because he traded with everyone and asked for +rep? There are 6 trades between 10 and 9 hours ago in his profile (http://i.imgur.com/W3amg.png). This means a comment every 20 minutes. Going on outpost and picking random trades from guys who are currently online is easy, and also asking for rep. So my guess is simply that he picked up six trades, traded with six people and at the end said: "I +rep you, con you do the same?" as he did with me.

I know. But I also know that when someone is trying to prove his innocence is considered good education to make proper requests of clarifications and/or accusation, not to just toss around criptic comments for the sake of showing off.

I replied to a request form an admin. Now, I don't know who are you but basing on what I can see you're a new member with 9 posts. I'm a new member with 7 posts. If he will ask for more evidences I'll be happy to provide them. Take example from him: he asked directly what he needed and corrected me when I did wrong. You're improving with this last post but your comments so far has been basically: "I don't believe you! I don't believe you!"

This actually seems like a very good appeal, most of the appeals don't show much innocence in them. If this doesn't get accepted it'd be a shame.
