What happened? Description:

He wanted to trade my Terror Watt Base Metal Billycock for a $80 gift card. We used a middleman which I suspect is his alt. The middleman was http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198094180388
After trading it to him he removed me from his friends list and set his profile to private.
The actual guy I was trading with did the same thing.​

Throwing my hat in the ring--I know this is irrelevant, not the same issue, etc. etc.

This guy impersonated the middleman Narbe. Picture shows his aliases.

What I do not have proof of, as the victim in question hasn't gotten back to me: he impersonated Narbe to "middleman," steal an unusual, and sell it off.
I'm 100% certain this happened.

This guy is without a doubt a scammer.

While I'd like to see the trade agreement, there's clearly enough evidence here to show both he and his "friend" scammed. Marking both, thanks for the report.
