These two people came in a trading server and Jack started to say trade me copying items.
When i first saw i though it was fake for sure but i tried it,he refused to trade untill i friended him.
i did friend him.In the server he first copied A tyrant's helmet that was given from Hey citty :3.
Then he copied the nexts persons items a G.pip-boy,when the trade was done in the tf2 chat it showed hey kitty :3 trade:G.pip-boy (2 times).
Then i understood that this was a set up both off them have their profiles to private.
And to be really sure then next person also that Jack copied items again it showed Hey citty :3 trade:etc.

Also something else i friended the helper of the scammer and this was the convercation:

In tf2 he was more like WOW this actually works,he was saying it every time a trade was happening.

Also got another talk with the main scammer:

I didn't really said to him that he was faking it,so he msut be hiding something.

They just went to a ozfur server saying they are copying items (same with tyrant helm first )

No evidence that Hello Citty was scamming but there is for <LAPD>Jack. Tagged <LAPD>Jack and removed caution from Hello Citty
