Joke defence doesnt add up. After a discussion with the individual, if he was a friend who couldn't take a joke why would he go to the extent of reporting you? The reporter was not on your list prior to 5 Jun (the report date). No prior trading relationship. This isn't a joke you pull on a random trader just to see their reaction. This is a quickswitch attempt.

I wouldn't want to be the brunt of your jokes.
