What happened? Description:

(I'm not a victim; just a reporter. His victims are the people who owned the hats in this report before the scammer got them.) This person regularly purchases from the infamous "I need a proof" scammer. He has done this multiple times and has become a regular customer of that scammer.​

I found this person when I realised that he left a positive comment on the backpack.tf trust page of a known scammer's fence. http://backpack.tf/trust/76561198060561462 This led to me investigating him.

Above shows that he has bought multiple hats from those known accounts of the "I need a proof" scammer.

I later encountered him on the TF2-Trader server where he was attempting to "quick-sell" hats. I instantly checked his backpack with Outpost and backpack.tf to record these next hats before he could move them. My first screenshot shows them in his backpack at the time.
