hi. Today 1 man wanted to sell me the v lid for 390 usd.
can you mark him as scammer for that.

i really hope your not serious.. anyway paypal trading is allowed it does say it is against the rules but valve allows it but does not condone it and will not give you your items back if scammed via paypal cash transactions. this should be marked as invalid and the format is incorrect
