What happened? Description:

I posted a trade on tf2outpost, to sell my unusual hat (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21412407#latest) and a guy added me to friends saying his friend wants to add me to trade with him because he can't add and sent me a fake steam link. I took a screenshot of it.​

This seems like a phisher. Don't worry, you'll meet alot of the same phishing bots all through your trading career. You'll get used to it. Just insta-block their friend invites.

So I shouldn't bother reporting them, just insta-block them?

Yeah they pop up on your friend list at about 1 second and half and it's easy to notice the bot since they have random names (like omdoamd and nick011, sort of) and the regular steam profile picture. They just add you when you bump your trade post.
