Ok. This guy didn't scam, BUT he has attempted to scam.

Here's the story, DO NOT stop reading just because I don't have screenie proof.

OK, so I'm on an unusual server, selling my 3-bud unusual.
This guy offers me $150 DOLLARS for my 3-bud unusual.
I say he's an obvious scammer.
He tries to undo his scam attempt by LOWERING it to $100.
I do a backround check. F2P, 100 hours played on tf2. OBVIOUS SCAMMER.

Here's the evidence

- Only around 100 hours played of TF2 (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198064529737/games?tab=all)
- The biggest piece of evidence, he has tried to buy items with money before. It's also his first outpost trade. (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2210461)

Unfortunately, without hard evidence, there is nothing we can do about it as you have claims but no real way to back it up.

Please reread the evidence. It clearly states he has attempted to scam.
