someone sceam me and took my items and dint give me the money ...

there is any way i can get my items back ?

You can't unless he gives you it back. First make a scam report here and if it gets approved, let him make a choice, its either he gives you the items back or he gets marked as a scammer

- Steam support won't give scammed items back. no point.
- Repayment after reporting does not mean that the report gets retracted/dismissed. That is not up to the reporter anymore after making a report. If the reporter gets repayed, and puts up a reply to request to not pursue the offender anymore, a reports admin might consider that. But that is also dependent on other factors.
- The only form of repay we do demand is when a scammer does a appeal. It is a requirement to even consider the appeal.

Nah mate I know that steam support won't give your items back, I meant that if the report was successful, show it to him and act like he will get banned if he doesn't give it back... then you ban him.

Well not ban... whatever you guys do.

We do not go around and press ppl to repay, first of all we do not have the time to do that. Second is that it is not our place. We administer those bans, and ppl report them to us.

It does happen that ppl get scared into paying back after a report, most often that is for that those didn't think their actions thru. But we do not condone that ppl are pressing them for it either.

nvm scratch that, this was before I learnt about the rules
