Steam chat is very important in quick switch scam reports, without it the report will most likely be declined due to lack of evidence.
If you didn't save the chat, the only way to retrieve it now is to add him as a friend on steam and he should accept that invite. If he blocked you or declines all your invites, there is no way to get it now.

Im adding him right now i change my name so he can know me . then after he accept me how can i view the past msg of him?

Usually recent saved messages are in grey text instead of regular white.

NO! he just add me randomly then he trade automatic then he show me his bundle black chained set because he wants my puck set then after that he change it to loading screen
