    What happened? Description:
    Chatted me up out of the blue and offered to buy items from me for $30. He sent two trade offers with these accompanying texts and no items from his side:

    Claiming the money will come in his steam wallet is scamming. No matter how many steam wallet cards you take pictures of, which seems like a petty excuse to me.
