Well i sent my friend on steam a trade offer for his pyro stuff i gave him my offer and he accepted it
When i look whati gave i see that i gave an item more so when i asked him for the item back
he wouldent give it to me And he ran off with the item Blcoekd me and unfriended me​

Yeah nothing to be done here, you made a mistake he didnt really scam you or anything, also steam rep doesnt handle item problems other then scam attempts, steam rep wont get your items back, thats valves job. But as the Trading terms say, you had plenty of times to check your trade, so its your fault you messed that trade up.
