    What happened? Description:
    Hello. This scammer added me a while back wanted to trade my karambit for paypal. I was at the time looking for paypal offers and was therefore interested in trading. He had a clean profile and I trusted him. He offered me 700$.
    I did the trade during night time, when I´m in my "f✿✿✿ it" mode, so therefore I went first. Right after the trade I got the fake paypal email in my junkbox from "[email protected]"

    Right when I saw that I knew he was a scammer.

    The weird thing is that he has done trades that have gone well plus he´s still on my friend list saying money will come shortly. But I´m guessing it is so he can scam as many more as possible.

    Yea I was dumb, but hey too late now..​

    The bad thing is that I was to dumb to take chat screenshots. The only thing I can leave here is the mail I got.​

    Not many things you can do sadly. Help other people from getting scammed by filing a report like this one and reporting through steam aswell.

    In order to process this report, we need a screenshot of your conversation with the accused, showing the trade agreement.

    We also need full, unedited screenshots showing All activity in your PayPal history (you will have to click the link that says All activity). From your payment history page, select All Activity and make sure the dates include the date one month before the transaction, as well as today's date. Take a full, uncropped screenshot of this history. Along with the full history, we need the unedited details of the PayPal transaction in question.
