The accused added me randomly on the 16th of September 2014. I found it somewhat odd because I have stopped trading for some time now. He told me he will send me a trade offer and in that trade offer, I was to trade my items for nothing. He included the message

which supposedly meant steam wallet cash will be transferred to me if i accepted but I believe Steam wallet cash cannot be traded in a trade offer.

    Provide Evidence:
There wasnt chat regarding the trade as he just said to check the trade offer he sent. I therefore have already close the chat window as it did not have any evidence in it. All evidence are shown in the screenshot of the trade offer which he sent to me

You were right, it's impossible to put steam wallet funds in the offer. I'm glad it didn't worked on you, good luck with your report.

Thanks M'aiq, I am really glad too that I double checked because I was so close to accepting the offer.
Nightmare Luffy, If you accepted the offer, I am not sure if you will get your items back, I was a victim of a scam in the past and I never got my items back. You can go to his/her profile and report violation. You can also do what I have done and submit a scam report on SteamRep but otherwise I think thats all that can be done.
