What happened? Description:

The same as every other victim reporting him. Fake raffle, ( Entering is the same price as the actual item you win, so I'm not sure why x victims did it. ).​

By the time I asked him to give me it, the history only showed 3 messages and it was the victim's.
The only reason he hasnt been banned is because hes had a stroke of luck and no one could get enough evidence.
He's even on trade probation.

This guy tried to scam me aswell.He used voice chat to avoid screenshots.He wanted me to enter my bud into his unusual/max's raffle and told me I would win in 13 seconds ,if no one else entered.Funny thing is that he kept going back in forth between time and kept repeating 13.5,13.5,13.8.I hope someone comes up with good enough evidence to get this guy banned.

Yup yup. He used voice chat on me aswell, ( he didn't scam me, btw. ). But he did everything else that you said with my friend. Its a shame he hasn't been caught yet.

this guy scammed me for a unusual saying that "i needed to enter a raffle that no one has joined to get a max's head" he said i had 12 seconds and then throughout that time he was slowing down the time saying he stopped it and so forth he also said that he was leaving tf2 so i did then i hear a voice in the background in the voice chat saying "come do the chores" and then he left and said he be back in 30 mins it was about 6 hours and then i contacted him saying he didn't have my item his friends convensed everyone on a server to make fun of me as well as tell no one to beleave me after a while i found he had already traded my unusual away so i tracked it down and a friend got it back for me but he made the profit on this and its not fair or right.

Also, he wouldn't talk to any of the victims or anyone involved. Its pretty sad. Such a stupid kid.

I am bumping this report as I have a new person,

also claiming that he/she was scammed by a raffle.
I told him to find the name, he/she said the person changed their name often.
He/she found the scammer's name, I checked the scammer's SteamRep.
These reports have been coming in for a while; he/she was unaware of these previous reports.
It is quite obvious that this person is a scammer based on the many witnesses. I hope this
person's SteamRep will finally be reported as he should have been quite a while ago.
