What happened? Description:

Hi, I'm selling keys on tf2outpost. Here is link to my trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22677110

This guy added me to buy 100 keys. As my trade description says, I can go first, if buyer have better rep thread than me. He provided link to his rep thread: http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=31531.0 (what have 10 pages). After i've traded him 100 keys, he asked me for another 10, because, as he said, he have some more money on paypal. After trade was done, he was send me paypal invoice, not payment. Any further dialog with him, don't resolve it...​

Here my chat logs with him. He was added me from this acc 76561198054252880 and said what he have problems with steam guard and ask me to trade keys to his alt 76561198074006744. Because he had a very good rep thread http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=31531.0 i was agreed. Also i've provide history of my inventory, where i've traded him 100 keys. And screenshot of paypal invoice, what he send to me.

Maybe this account was hijacked, but anyway i want scammer tag on it, to warn other people.​

This user has scammed my friend for 20keys. Also told me that he got "Hacked" but somehow hacked bypassed steam guard?


his tf2traders got deleted too. I doubt he actually got hacked/hijacked cause that would put 7days into the steam guardian . aka its impossible . he just scammed people and earns f✿✿✿✿✿✿ scammer mark. thank you

edit: this guy was actually hijacked. he explained everything to me and i understood it.

Hijacked account will not exempt of liability. Every user should keep his registration data and password in safety. Because every scammer can tell what his account was hijacked and he did nothing. Proof of hijacking anyway will not recover scammed items. If user made mistake by not protecting his password once, he can do it again in the future and all this things can happens again...

If he can provide the correct evidence that his account has indeed hijacked (Steam ticket, etc) then I believe SR will give him a Caution Tag instead of a full Scammer Tag, but I may be wrong.

Yeah, he told me he was hijacked too, he deleted rep threads because of that, looks legit but this is his new account:
