What happened? Description:

He contacted me after I posted my Crimson Karambit Web FT for sell on several sites. I agreed to sell the knife for 250 euros on PayPal. I sent the Karambit and he gave me as insurance an M9 Bayonet Night FT, which I was supposed to give him back after he sent me the money. Well, he blocked me and never sent the money. I will attach the whole steam chat agreement,​

He added me again. Somehow his electricity went off right after we traded. And somehow this removed me from his friend list. He added me back today and he told me that his PayPal is on hold. And he won't give the knife back because he wants to trade with it for a few days, and he'll give it back after with something extra for all my trouble. We went back and forth for a few minutes with no result.
