What happened? Description:

This man was trying to help me, he told me skzal how to return my stolen knife. He told me to write to Steam support, and throw back your files stim. In the end, it was not Steam support, and his email. Five minutes later, all the items were stolen. Need urgent ban. He has already managed to sell some of my items.​

Change your password and contact the real steam support.
Since this is a form of phishing I don't think it's handled here.
