Description

He wanted keys. I had keys and he wanted to see how many I had. I put my keys and he had fez and hotdogger. I offered 2 keys cuz...ironically enough I was feeling generous he seemed a bit nice and all and he was telling me about how he's new and stuff and I forgot to remove some of the keys and sure enough I ended up sending too many keys. He laughed then went offline, changed his name like 5 or 6 different times. At the time it was crazyplayer99 and now if you look under his alias's he put a bunch of different ones trying to throw me off his scent. Ugh... people. Anyways, please tag this guy.

Forgot to add that this took place on the server WCZP on approximately 12:50PST today (July 6th 2012).

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything without more information. Please post the screenshots of the trade agreement, the trade itself, trade history, and any other pertinent information including chats. Thank you!

I'm waiting on a server admin to see if he has logs of the trade agreement taking place, as it was discussed on the server before taking place.

Trust me, I didn't give him all those keys for a hot dogger and a fez. There is no special level or anything. Anyways, i will hopefully have that server log soon

Please have the server logs posted then to verify. Without a trade agreement, there isn't much that can be done.

That is the entire server log thing. You can verify owith jagged the admin if you like. Most of the convo took place in the trade window. Basically it shows nothing...Ironically it seems the other person I reported who tried to scam me but failed gets marked while this person who actually took some of my keys probably gets away. FML. Well thank you for atleast looking over the case, its driven me nuts that this thing never got resolved. Diego had said he'd ask Jcriz about the the trade, added him but never got around to askin him. So if you would just close it or mark him as a scammer already. Having this stand in limbo just upsets me more....

Honestly I feel like common sense should prevail in this case. I mean, what benefit of doubt are we giving here? That somehow I said hey man heres some extra keys for free then ha ha I go and report him immediately and waste over an hour on this? Or maybe assume I just overpay cuz I dont know prices? I trade every single day and I'm on the forums alot; not only do I know prices without checking any dubious spreadsheet sites, but I know almost certainly where the market is going on any given item with a backpack to prove said assertion. I mean really, are we giving THIS guy the benefit of the doubt over me? Really?! I have nothing be respect for my fellow players, even donating my time, effort and money to SR to prevent scum like him that try to take advantage of others. Well anyways, thanks for your time.

If you rule in his favor, I'd like to know some other possible explaination for what happened? Why does he laugh after the trade is complete? Why does he immediately disconnect from the server? Why does he change his alias a whole bunch after the trade? What kind of individualy renames himself "the admin can suck my dick". I mean what could've possibly happened as an alternate hypothesis in the trade window to cause that? I mistakenly put too many keys in the window and he laughed cuz he cant believe "his luck" and left so nothing could be done. End of story.

The simple fact of the matter is this: SR does not mark based on hearsay. I need to know beyond a reasonable doubt that a scam or attempt thereof took place. Without it, there really is nothing that can be done.
