What happened? Description:

Well when I was playing an irrelevant game that is not related to Team Fortress 2, I got 2 friend requests, one particularity was the accused victim here, he helped me out a bit with creating a Paypal yes, but when he noticed that i said he was SR banned he removed and possibly blocked me from fear, and once i checked his ban history, i decided to help with this. Please if you can help us, we wish for this user to be trade banned on steam.​

You made the right call. That's how he's been striking his victims: by coercing them to go first on his fraudulent Paypal transactions by making himself look legitimate. In reality, most of the +rep left behind are from scam victims who fail to remove it in time before he privatizes his profile. Problem is that he's still nailing unsuspecting people who don't have the good sense to background check him, or come forward about his shady dealings, and Valve is clearly not acting fast enough to shut him down. You'd think after he actually phished one of his last victims (a fella named Larppa who owned the Hong Kong Cone that Yona's now in possession of,) they would have already locked down his profile and trade-banned it. Worst part is that he's apparently BEEN trade-banned before, but for some strange reason Valve had lifted it from the profile. All those items he's scammed thus far have been in a three-week span alone...

I have also informed Steam Staff of this atrocity of Steam Community, This post is my evidence to them, that is if they decide to check it out.

Liar. I had a chance to speak to him the day after you ripped him off. And earlier this week he mentioned Steam Support granted him the unusual back, which would only happen if evidence was sufficient enough that someone was phished. I would know given I had been phished by a scamming sack of crap like you 3 years back.

And mind telling me how you got your new score with that Cosa Nostra Cap and Rock-Paper-Scissors taunt? I think I can answer that for you as well. If you were trade-banned in the past, it's astounding that Valve would lift it on you again, because you deserve it PERMANENTLY.

This person is already banned by SR and this will be added to his list of offence if he was to ever appeal his ban. I suggest reporting this person via their Steam profile and maybe they will be trade banned again.
