What happened? Description:

So guy called GOKU messaged me on my csgolounge trade "Hello sir,
I'm actually selling 430 cs:go keys for €1,3 / $1,6 / £0,8 each by Skrill.
If you're willing to go first, add me "
Then i added him and we agreed on simple buying scheme via skrill(1,3 euros per each key) i go first with money and after he will give me keys, so we did first with 5 keys then 10 keys and then 15.
I recieved only 5 and then 10keys i never recieved rest 15 that i paid for.​

Also there is my email which confirms that he accepted my money. When i was buying keys from him he had name GOKU | KeySeller [STOCK:430] when i recieved my 15 keys he changed it to [STOCK:415] there is another proof that i didn't recieved my rest 15 keys otherwise it would be [STOCK:400]​
