about a month ago in a drunken state, I sold one good man hat dirt too much, after he drew attention to the fact that I gave him a bad hat, I ignored him and closed the chat, after which he told me you and you marked me.

Why i should be untagged -

Several days ago I found this man, and added to it in the steam. I asked him for an apology (several times) and returned it to the metal.
We discussed with him that ridiculous situation and agreed that we have solved this problem and he forgave me.
Here he wrote to you that all is well and he explains to you that I have problems with English and I do dalos hard enough.

I hope for your understanding, administrators, because I was quite drunk, that would mess things up this nonsense.

Appeal Approved.

Yes original trade involved an uncraftable hat. However appellant returned items prior to making an appeal and the 'negative' trade behaviour was rectified. Seems to be an incident in isolation.

Downgrading to CAUTION. Can be removed conditionally in 6 months.
