Why nobody takes action? He just tried to buy my stuff for cash. He claims that he's a trusted middleman from one of the russian trading site yet his name is not in the middlemen list. I can support my words with screenshots as long as something is going to be done about him, unexperienced traders risk losing their items.

Im fully aware of his other bans or reports. This report is invalid without the entire chat agreement for proof. The chat agreement is the most vital part of any report that you submit to SteamRep.
