What happened? Description:

We wanted to do trade , he send paypal i give him items , but he sent only invoice (i should pay him) , and i didnt even saw that .After i saw that it and he still saying not scammer.
i gaved him keys and no money . 37 csgo keys are lost now :/​

Got scammed by him for like 75 keys, I received the money as a gift via paypal yet I think it was as hold so he charge back and whatever, I reported him already but his paypal account is still working, I wonder why they dont ban him, and since in paypal you need to provide credit card or bank account he cannot create multiple paypal accounts. You know, karma will hit him soon or later, someone might robber his house but this kind of people is the worst.

He is still not banned ?
