I have been fake-reported for being scammer a while ago, and got tagged.

Before I begin with the explaination, I have some words to say. I have traded many years, since the trading was added to the game, and spent most of my time on tf2 to earn some profit. I was sitting in front of the pc, maybe whole day, and doing trades all day long. I did good profits, and earned good reputation. One day, more than a year ago, ive recieved an email from paypal, my account was limited, and all the payments I did was held by Paypal. I was shocked when this happened, because it was around 1k $ which was being reversed to me, andI couldnt stop it. There was hunderds of transactions which got reversed to me, and I did my best to repay everyone, every single penny which wasnt mine. I did it with only doing profit trades, and with the help of Noobinator, I managed to pay everyone back. Datastrom was an admin when this happened, so I got alot help from him aswell.And I got +rep on my steamrep by datstorm for the good job I did

I didnt sell my name for that money, I worked all day and night, for around a half year, to get that amount and repay everyone. The name scammer was the last thing I wanted to get.

I don't know if this counts, but I always told Datastorm (when he was admin back then) that I was going to quit trading after I had paid everyone back. I managed to do it, then it was summer holiday, and arounf a month, I didnt trade anything. I was free, I had all my owes paid. When I came back from the holiday, I couldn't stop trading. I was really addicted to the game itself, so I began trading agian.

I was agian spending my life on this game. Friends of my was going out, I had trading to do. They where going to the cinema, I stayed home for tf2. My family was going to shop, agian I was staying home. I really hated my life, and really wanted to stop this, but no, I couldn't.

Meanwhile, ive got known with another trader, and we have been very close(the guy who reported me). We were talking alot of tf2, and alot things out of tf2. After a while, it showed out that he was a scammer. I asked him if this was true, he said yes, and he wanted still to be my friend. I didn't accept that, and removed him. He "backstabbed" me, of course, and tried to get me the scammer tag by reporting a unusual ripoff I did(not this case). I didn't get scammer tag, but my +rep from datastorm was removed.

After a while, we were "friends" agian. He told me about his scams and victims etc. And what I was doing, was adding them and warning them for not getting scammed. He found it out after a time, and told me I was going to pay for what I did. He reported me agian, and got the report rejected. He reported agian, and managed this time to get me the tag. I talked with diego and told him the situation, but no, he was 100% sure I was a scammer, and I got the tag.

Me, which didnt sell my name for 1k $, got tagged as a SCAMMER, by a fake report. That shocked me really hard. But then I thought, I always wanted to quit the trading, and get a better life, and I thought this was how it was going to end... That scammer tag helped me alot to stop trading, and I began enjoying life more than I did earler, and began to play other games than tf2, but ofcourse spent alot less time on the pc.

Therefore, I didn't really want to appael. DeMo (admin of tf2outpost) wanted me to appael it really hard, he was going to help me, but I said no. I gave away all my items, around 10 buds worth items to him. This is the biggest proof of that I quit trading and didn't care about tf2items and the tag. I had like 250 friends, I removed 90% of them, and let only IRL friends and people I was close with stay in there, and did my account "friends only". Im doing it public now to do this appael.

But few days ago, the guy who reported me, added me back on steam. I don't know what he wanted, he wanted to play mw3 with me(thats what he said), and wanted to become friends agian(no I don't know why). I told him to appael the report he did, and I was going to think about that, and he appaeled, which got rejeceted bcause of invalid way of doing appael.

I wasn't even thinking about to make this appael. Im not even going to begin trading agian, maybe if I want a game etc, but nothing else than that.

I saved alot people from getting scammed, and I regret nothing I did. I NEVER scammed anyone nor helped. I wanted to DO something, instead of just sitting and say "oh look, he scams "

He was alredy tagged as scammer, so that would change nothing.

Its a video of him scamming someone, and he tells me he scammed it. thats it, and he shows he traded me a strange ambassador.

Ow yeah? "we" scam an unusual, and what I get is a strange ambassador as payment which is worth a scrap? Thats hilarious.

At first, I tried my best to tell the admins the story, but Diego choosed to believe the scammer and tagged me. I do understand him, he as an admin and he knows the best. Its so easy to think that someone is a scammer.

*why do you want to appael now then?*
I dont really care if this appael gets rejected, or accepted. Im writing this to show people im not a scammer, and get my name cleaned. It wouldnt say anything to me if the tag gets removed or not.

I was second best donator at the TF2outpost, and then I got the scammer tag. I talked with Sneeza and Demo(owner and admins of tf2outpost) and they trusted me and believed me that I wasnt a scammer, and didn't want to ban me from their site. I wanted the ban myself, you can ask them if you wish. I wanted that ban on their behalf, so people didnt came and said "Oh look, since he donated alot he doesnt gets banned, such a bad site!" etc. That would be really bad reputation for TF2outpost, and therefore I wanted the ban myself.

Well, thats all I have to say. If I come with more to say, ill edit this post/add new comment to this appael.

As solution, I regret nothing I did. I saved alot, instead of doing nothing, and that fact is enough for me to feel happy.

I heard about this from some of the outpost admins. I think this appeal is fair. (But I'm not SR)

Seems like this is gonna take long time... Even Diablo III has been launched, but my appeal is still "pending" . Im in no rush, I just believe this appeal needed a bump.

How long time will this take? as I said a lot of times that im not in any rush, but I am really tired of Chaos ignoring me. He never responds me trough steam, atleast I want information about how far he came and how more time he needs, so I dont need to sit on steam all day and dream about him getting back to me.
