@Jdar We need uncropped, unedited screenshots of your inventory history, taken from within the Steam client with the URL bar visible. If you don't have the URL bar visible within Steam, please enable it. To enable the URL bar, go to View -> Settings -> Interface. Check the box next to Display Steam URL address bar when available.

From your inventory history, please click on the name of the person who you traded with. The name may have changed, but that's ok. Clicking the name should load their Steam profile, take a full, uncropped, unedited screenshot of this profile, and upload it to this forum.

Will do so as soon as I get back home, 2nd January 2015. I'm not the victim but i'm victim's friend that helped him when he got scammed.
After the scammer gets banned in steamrep, what will happen? How will my friend be able to get his item back?
Should I report to steam support? How so?

    Thanks for the reply.

We are not affiliated with Valve, and do not have any kind of special access to magically reverse a trade. All we can do is warn the community not to deal with the accused. Only Steam Support can return stolen items, and they only do that if your account was hacked. Other than that, in order for you to get the items back the accused would have to return them voluntarily, which is a ore-condition for an appeal to be considered if they wish to get untagged.
